For Booking, Hourly Rate, Taxes & Transportation Fee are due up front. Reimbursement of Food Costs are invoiced immediately after services are rendered on the event date.  For custom menus, 50% of the balance is required to secure the date and to curate the menu. For Travel Chef services or to book services for the entire day, please email Chef Derricka directly for pricing. We encourage you to book your event within at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, if possible. Any event scheduled within the same week of the event date will include a 20% Rush Fee, included at time of booking.
