Catering Packages

Chef Derricka Culinary Concepts provides high quality food paired from customized menus with the utmost professionalism of our service creates memorable events for any occasion.

  • Required Minimum on All Packages

    • $1200 for all Catering Events

    • $2000 for all Corporate Events

  • Rates listed are Priced Per Person.

  • All Full Service Catering includes Buffet Table Linen and Disposable Cutlery, Plates, Cups & Napkins. Beverages and Tablescape Decor is available as Add-On Services. Scroll further for more details. 

  • Any additional Staff, Attendants or Servers needed is $50/per hour (required 5 hour minimum), per staff member needed. Staff members are NOT included with Full Service Catering Rates. Typically Staff Members are recommended such as Passed Appetizers, Action Stations, or Attended Station Buffets, and in some cases required, such as for Weddings.

  • All Catering Services includes Guest Rate, Transportation Fee, Sales Tax (unless tax exempt), and 20% Service Fee applied to all services, with the exception of Plated Services, Appetizers, Dessert Tables & Graze/Crudité Tables which is a 30% Service Fee.

  • An additional 20% Rush Fee is automatically applied to requests made 13 days or less of the Event Date. Any event booked 6 days or less of the Event Date, must Pay in Full with 20% Rush Fee. 

  • Transportation Fee is complementary in locations within a 10 mile radius, otherwise it is $2.75/per mile.

Beverages Stations & Services

Each Beverage Station offers 2 Drink Options.

Beverage Stations are all Self Serve in Drink Dispensers. ($6/per person)

For Full Service Beverage Catering (drinks already setup, poured with ice & garnish); A server will be needed for this service.* ($10/per person)

You can always create a custom menu for any occasion. schedule a free 15-min consultation with the chef for menu consultations & planning, logistics, etc.

If the call lasts longer than 15-minutes, a $50 Consulting Fee is billed immediately for the call. Tasting is not included and fee is not applied to services. 

Tastings:

IN-HOME ($350) – Choice of Menu for up to

5 guests:(4) a la carte items + 60 min consultation

VIRTUAL ($175) - Choice of Menu for up to

5 guests: (4) a la carte items delivered to your

home + 30 min Virtual consultation via Zoom

*Tastings for Catering Events (50+ guests) clients only and there is a minimum of $2000 event cost to qualify for tasting, which is determined by your event

estimate. The tasting date MUST be scheduled AND completed within 3 weeks or earlier prior to the event date. No exceptions.

​**Full Tasting Cost will be applied to your final invoice upon booking.

To-Go Packing Services:

Individual Containers - $1/person -

Allows guests to take home food in individual to-go containers.

To-Go Pans - $2.50/person -

Foil pans with lids will be provided to store leftover food.

To-go Staffed service - $4/per person -

Staff will portion out food in individual to-go containers for guests to take home

 

*Each To-Go packing service is per client’s advance request.
