Tastings:
IN-HOME ($350) – Tasting Portion Size Menu serving up to 5 guests:
(4) a la carte menu items + 60 min consultation
VIRTUAL ($175) - Tasting Portion Size Menu serving up to 5 guests:
(4) a la carte menu items delivered to your home/office + 30 min Virtual Consultation via Zoom
*Tastings for Catering Events there is a required minimum of $2000 event cost to qualify for tasting,
which is determined by your event estimate. The tasting date MUST be scheduled AND completed within 3 weeks or earlier prior to the event date. No exceptions.
**Tasting Fee will be applied to your final invoice upon booking.
Required Minimum for all Packages: $1500
Service Fees:
All Catering Services includes Guest Rate, Transportation Fee, Sales Tax (unless tax exempt), and 20% Service Fee applied to all services, with the exception of Plated Services, Appetizers, Dessert Bars & Graze/Crudité Tables which is a 30% Service Fee. Event Dates that occur on certain Holidays, will incur a 40% Service Fee, including: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day.
Rush Fees:
An additional 20% Rush Fee is automatically applied to requests made 13 days or less of the Event Date.
Any event booked 6 days or less of the Event Date, must Pay in Full with 20% Rush Fee.
Transportation & Travel:
Transportation Fee is complementary in locations within a 10 mile radius, otherwise it is $2.75/per mile.
Any location outside of the DFW metroplex may require travel accommodations, up to and including flight arrangements, lodging and rental vehicle to be included in final rate.
